I would sear/ fry them in the pan for 5 minutes, and then cook them on a grill, while occasionally brushing them with the bacon grease.
But I'm a bad influence. I'd also save some of that grease in a separate dish for pancakes the next day

I haven't been posting in here in NAWLINS! Geezer I'm slacking. I had a nice breakfast in Westerly, RI the other day. Today I'm in Plymouth, MA but I just had a cheeseburger in the hotel, lol. I'm going to have a nice lunch at Plane Jane's (airport restaurant) tomorrow though.
