I love it. Tune next week, planning to max out the turbo.

How strong are yours? It seems like any wind stronger than a breeze from behind my car would close my hood.

Haven't tested them out too much. If there's a breeze blowing next time I'm parked I'll open it up and see how it does.

Picked up a complete 18' diff out of a wreaked car for 575 shipped. Swapped in whiteline bushings on the outriggers. Have new whiteline carrier bushings for it. Picked up my track wheels after having new Z3's mounted. Going to install the diff, a new clutch, and raise and realign the car tomorrow. Going to be a long day. Can't wait to try out the 4.3 gear ratio. Based on how my car currently feels I think it will make a good amount of difference.

I'd be interested to know your thoughts on the 4:3 rear end gears and how they compare to the 4:1 gears.

Initial impressions are, it did exactly as expected. Cruising around it is not really noticeable. You are maybe 100-150 rpms higher. In higher revs it is much more apparent. Taking it easy now as I put in a new clutch too, but before 60mph was just over 4k RPM indicated in 4th gear. Now it is over 4300 RPM. 3rd gear test was similar results at 45 mph.

I was looking to gain 2-300 rpm at the same speed at 4-4500 rpm. At my local tracks there are a couple spots where it is a touch too slow for 3rd, but too quick for 2nd. Same with 4th and 3rd, so this should put me back into the power without having to make a downshift

4:3 rear end, must have a W16 under the hood.

Joking of course. It's 4.3:1 and 4.1:1. Most leave off the :1.

Installed a Thermal R&D exhaust today along with a catted Depo Racing front pipe. The previous owner added a resonator to the mid pipe. The tone is deep and burbly (and a bit poppy) and not too loud, but also without the 3k RPM drone i experienced with my TRD exhaust.

Cleaned my N1 exhaust tips today. Car shifts noticeably smoother and sounds a little better too. Also pulls through the rpms a little smoother as well.

Installed PERRIN front shifter bushing along with MTEC springs. Can't believe how much difference it made. I've had whiteline insert before but having all those items together makes huge difference in shifter feel and operation.
Also 17x8 Wedssport TC105X are now in wrapped in 225/45 Michelin PS4

Installed some splash guards today. Goal is to try and cut down some of the road grime.
