So what you are saying is that you are actually eating pizza all wrong. What you should be doing is getting/making the pizza, not eating any of it before throwing it in the freezer, then reheating it so you can eat it.

That would not be left over pizza. Still need that fresh one for the leftovers to be better.

Mostly same boat here, BUT with pizza (whether leftover or fresh), I LOVE me some Chipotle Tabasco sauce. Something about that smokey goodness on pizza is so freaking good.

I beg to differ, but I think the original Anchor Bar (before it was the tourist place it/they are now.. I'm talking back in 1979 or 1980 when I first went there) Buffalo wings were made w/ Frank's Red Hot and butter. I DO agree that Texas Pete is a better tasting hot sauce (more heat, less salt) than Frank's Red Hot.

These days my favorite hot sauces are Cholula for a nice mild sauce, and red, green, or XXX versions of Yucateca for when you wanna bring some fairly serious heat and still have great flavor. The XXX or green versions are awesome with ceviche.

GOOD leftover pizza is better. but not all pizza is better the next day.
