My guess is the buried propane tank was for before gas came to the neighborhood because water heater and furnace are gas, and there is a gas meter. 8 homes share a well. I haven't heard back from the realtor. No HOA. That is why we stopped looking in Eagle. Nice new homes and you are not allowed to even have a car in the driveway.

Was that place designed by 6 different architects that didn't communicate or was it jut a bunch of left over parts from other jobs?

Depends on how long you rode it without the training wheels -

Right now, you can deal with all that stuff, but in 20 years, when the septic goes, you may be in trouble.
I agree. I've had three houses (2 in CT & 1 in MO) that had septic and they all were a pain when I went to sell the houses (and there weren't nutten wrong with any of them) - just ignorant buyers - SMH.

I've ridden off and on since I was a teenager. Interstates are fine for riding, and traffic is only coming from one direction (behind you) so it's easier to manage and really is just crusing at high speeds.

I've ridden on I-285 around Atlanta during rush hour, andthat is anything but relaxing. If that is what you are referring to, then yea, not a good idea until you have a lot of time under your belt.

If you do ride, you need to train. Find a place that offers both the beginner course (in a parking lot) and the road course (actually on a public road, not a race course). A course on a track isn't bad either to get the high speed stuff down.

Any time I have a gap of a few years in riding I take training before I hit the road again.

Clearly a builder design special. Crap, but lots of expensive to build features... That roofline! Those curved porches!
