@Hags86, I'm in Melbourne and also boosted with an SME kit and have no cooling issues even on super hot days and long sessions so seems setup/config related.

Setup is intercooler at the front, then oil cooler (large setrab core) then Koyo radiator. Have done no special ducting or blockoffs and recently added the Velox hood vents which dropped the temps a bit but made recovery super fast to the point that I could almost turn off the car from the time I had coasted back to the infield after T4 at Phillip Island.

Last PIARC day was near 30 deg ambient, time attack last week was up there but water temps didn't go over 100, oil was sub 110. I didn't have the bonnet vents at Bathurst last year and even with 20min solid session the temps didn't go over 115 there either. I'm also running E85 which would help and 5w30 if that matters?

Where do you normally run? Your setup sounds awesome btw.

Hi Dave

What sort of oil pressure do you get with 5w30 at 110C at say 7000rpm?

Winton is my favourite track but I'll run at Sandown occasionally. Never run PI - timing just hasn't worked out as yet but will get there this year. I will PM you now. Would be good to compare notes.

Have never bothered installing anything to monitor it. I considered doing the AIM gear but I'm too cheap....

Will touch base with you.
