Jackson Racing - a positive review
Recently I have had an issue with my JRSC kit and these guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My main form of communication was via email, which could be a little slow, but I'm patient, and work a lot of nights, so that wasn't an issue to me. I just wanted to drop in and say that they really went the extra mile for me and did a lot more than I ever expected in the situation I was in. They could've easily taken advantage of me for the sake of profit, but they didn't, which says A LOT about their business model and priorities; in this case: customer satisfaction. Thanks Jackson Racing, you guys are awesome!
