Thread Jacked, this is now also a Forza 3 thread

So i just got my game back from my friend, and i decided to buy the closest car to the ft86 as i could, ended up being the 85 Trueno. Then i continued to pursue my awesomely bad habit of super tuning everything with all of my cars, this one ended up weighing 2011lbs with 537hp and 429ft/lbs. It has so much more power than the lightweight body can contain, and in my first race, with no assists, i couldn't get an ounce of traction, it wanted to live sideways. Even though this wouldnt normally be a problem i needed it to drive in the class it was dropped into, so i put TC on. Anyways it's qualified to drive in the S class, so it is up against bugatti veyrons, saleen s7, mercedes clk-gtr, etc.

Theres my trueno, catching and jumping over a saleen s7... how about that :P

gonna go for a ring time later tonight, i hope those are valid in that other thread

You meant the jump in Initial D 3 - the movie down the Iroha touge?

This is more like the Itsuki's car (remember, this is a 85).

itsuki's car is an AE85, wich is the frame number, not the model year

+itsuki has a Levin
+itsuki has a carbureted engine, not twin cam fuel injected
+itsuki has rear drum brakes

sorry I had to...

Those are pretty cool, nice army of 86's

Also i've always been a fan of skyline, especially the r34. If they were a little bit more legal, i would be aiming for one of those, unfortunately theyre not. Heres to hoping for 2024 when the 1999 skylines can legally be impounded under the classic car law.

Yeah there are engine swaps, thats the only way i could get so much power out of that thing. Right now it has the engine of an MR-2, and a crapload of other goodies on top of that.

Something i found odd while looking for this car though, is that the 84 Celica was there alongside the 85 Sprinter Trueno, but the celica had an extra 40 hp at the cost of 1000lbs

There shouldn't be '84 Celica in GT5

I know Itsuki's car is AE85 Levin, and that is why I said more like it, not *exactly* it is.

BTW, I was a bit confused about the term "85 Sprinter Trueno". Does this mean AE85 Sprinter Trueno (any year from 83' to 87') or 1985 AE86 Sprinter Trueno? I think by missing that quotation mark it is somewhat confusing.

And there is no AE85 Sprinter Trueno in Forza 3 as well. My mistake.

I think this is the AE86

Sorry for the confusion, those numbers were years.

Now im going to open the flood gates

So i have a history of giving cars too much power and not slowing down for bumps in the road

It's always fun to play around in a little driftmobile

Not gonna lie, i only have this because it looks like a boss. Needs to be way more powerful than anything else on the track to even have a chance.

I like my designs clean, that my number on the front. Gotta watch those rumble strips

And this was just an awesome coincidence i managed to catch before i started pulling away, a rainbow of gt1 cars
