Now, I want to clarify, right now as it stands if she plays nice I won't have to pay anything, but the lawyer wanted to make sure I knew NM is a no fault state so if we end up going to court, basically I'm screwed because she cheated. Not to give away to much, but I would have to liquidate my assets and give her half, or offer to buy her out, she has basically nothing so yeah I get screwed...

Basically I hope she plays nice

Yes, that's because NM is a community property state. All assets and all debt are combined and split 50/50 unless a settlement is reached. It can suck but at least after that you are done, keep your focus on the goal/light at the end of the tunnel and keep venting rather than mixing it up with her. Be glad there is no alimony.

You have no idea. Next time I see you in person, remind me to tell you an F*d up story about kids and NM law that is too long to type out. PS don't forget the PCA autox at the track is this Sunday, should be fun.

I didn't forget, Congrats on your performance up in Colorado! I tore my bicep yesterday being Ninja stupid, so I will have to see if I'm able to one arm an autocross course HaHa.

Thanks, the WRX did pretty well once I changed the rear sway bar.

Better to let that heal probably then one arm it around the track.
