Actually, the flooding and mudslides happen every year it rains. Just about every road you and I drove on in the hills has a major problem or two about now.

If anyone is looking for new tires... to be specific, 265/35-18, Walmart online have Toyo Proxes R1R for $75 each. I’m assuming it’s a typo, but they haven’t notice yet, so buy em while still cheap. Cuz iirc those tires in that spec cost around $200~$250
