I'm good with any lager or pilsner. And why can't I make the chicken?

Any good young fryers will do. I will bring the Colonel Sapphire 11 herb and spice mix. And I will bring the pressure fryer. I will need non fat milk, eggs, bread or cake flour, corn oil, and salt.

Hi,

So when they did your recall they fixed all those things and you just had to pay for plugs?

Just wanted to clarify.. Thanks.

My 2013 has about 33k miles and I am very worried about the car never being the same after they do this. If I do not have the work done will they cover it if it breaks at a later date or does it all land on me?

I'm no expert but I would think it would be covered, since they are covering repairs retroactively now. Also, they have no real way to "prove" you were made aware of the recall. Yes, they mailed you a letter but they can't show it was delivered to you.

That said, they may not cover all the damage it causes. I suppose they could limit their exposure to the estimated cost of the fix (about $2,500 parts/labor based on what the shop showed me).

The actual spring replacement, valve train clocking, etc... is not rocket science. What really bugs me is that book time is based on servicing a clean system. Most techs gloss over the details for the sake of expediency. I've personally seen and railed against it throughout my professional life.

Oh, and everybody fucks up from time to time. Rare and appreciated is the guy that isn't afraid to admit it.
Thanks for the "encouraged " words, im def not drop the car for that. But i would rather bring to a performance shop to "refresh" the engine (seals, bearings etc.)

Actually our cars have similar mileage and I was thinking the opposite. This is a good opportunity to get a LOT of zero mileage parts on my car, particularly seals, gaskets and such. I would be more likely to NOT do this if my car had fewer miles on it. I would wait until I had over 100K miles then take it in rather than replacing relatively new parts that work.

Just a different way of looking at it. It's the same reason I had the "cricket TSB" done right before the warranty expired. I didn't need it, but it zeroed out my pump.
Took my car into the dealer on Monday. it's just over 5yrs old and ~41k miles. They're replacing spark plugs, pcv valve, and cleaning the throttle body since the engine is out.

They also found an oil leak so waiting to hear if my cpo warranty will cover fixing the oil pan.
