Makes sense. So I should get about -2* on my setup. Still better than -1.1*-ish I have now, so I'll give it a try. Will report back after I try

Ground Control is another option for plates that won't add to ride height and will increase compression stroke.



I got mine in the member classifieds here and love them: they have a serviceable radial bearing, hold settings well, and have been quiet and rattle-free. The main bearings still move smoothly and have no play, after approximately five years of use between the original owner and myself.
