I spent a week in the hospital and almost died from the flu and pneumonia a few years ago. I came down with it right as an ice storm hit and got stuck in my apartment for a week. I get my flu shot every year now and haven't gotten it since.

Front line medical workers don't take flu shots cuz they don't believe it's safe.
