Only in front. -3 is a lot for the rear and it's probably not helping.

Yes, only in the front. -3 is plenty for the rear. What specs are you running front and rear? Thanks!

Ebay. I painted and installed them myself. THey need a bracket built near the rear. I can see it sags a bit at this angle. I hand cut the gold vents too. (they are the oem ones)

It's the Brace Yourselves meme. I don't know from where it originated either.

I was driving home for lunch today and a Mr. Mister song came on the radio. I swear he was singing..
"Take these broken springs and learn to drive again learn to rev so free." Now it will be in your head for the rest of the day. |

I've been busy this past few days hitting a bunch of doctors. Family physician > orthopedic hip specialist > spinal injection physician > spine surgeon. Next week schedule an operation with the Orthopedic Institute.
There latest best guess is that I have spinal stenosis and that a spine surgeon can perform a laminectomy. The spine surgeon showed me the MRI of my lower spine and commented "it's amazing you're still walking". What caused this condition? - simply, getting old! Welp, that's the third thing to go - ![]() humfrz |
