Wheels look great. For some reason though, it triggers me that the center caps are made to look like center locks.

I'm so used to driving manual transmissions that I don't even think about it in traffic, it's just second nature. The manual trans is more fun in any other scenario, so even if you do get tired of it in traffic that should make up for it. Your clutch should last many many miles regardless of traffic as long as you don't abuse it.

I installed Eibach Pro springs and my winter wheels/tires since temps are now around freezing at night.

I have The new Rally Armor Cancer Awareness flaps getting made now for further winter protection since I drive my car year round.

24 hours later I removed the Eibach springs. Way too stiff for my daily drive to/from work lol.

I used my BRZ to acquire a $100 "failure to come to a COMPLETE stop" ticket. Normally I'm extra cautious when there is a camera, and make sure to come to a prolonged stop behind the stop bar, but I completely missed the fact that there was a camera at this intersection. Even sillier, traffic from the left had a red light, as only one direction moves at a time. Gah!

That shit is just fucking petty.

Can you contest that in court? There's got to be at least a chance some judge would deem you to have complied with the spirit of the law.

Today! Got my first major paint scratch -- unidentified road debris, loud BOOM and this (see photo, areas circled in red) is the result, two deep scratches just ahead of the rear right wheel.

Question: These two scratches go pretty deep, definitely through the clear coat and well into the paint.
Are they repairable w/o respraying/blending that entire rear panel? My instinct is (if they can't be repaired w/o going at the entire panel) to leave it as is, i.e. battle scars from a vehicle that's well cared for but also proudly driven w/o fear.

I got similar damage to my passenger side door a few years ago when a minivan the next lane over hit a huge chunk of... something... and it ricocheted into my car. The body shop I took it to had to repaint and blend the door.

I would much rather get it fixed than not. I'm OCD, so I did plenty of research before choosing a body shop. It is literally impossible to tell that anything was done... even on the brightest, and sunniest of days.
