shed a tear...rock cracked windshield. Have had the car two years and no cracks...until last night. nearest car was about 4 car lengths ahead. I was going about 30ish in a 40.
Pretty cool it lasted that long though! most times I just drive the car off the lot and get a rock chip. Roads suck down here. :/

Edinburg/Mcallen area...5hrs south of houston. Oh, btw, does your Ts have a clunky shifter? Like a grind from 1st to 2nd? I wanted to trade mine in for a Ts but the one they have here is bugging me with the tranny noise.

Yes, I have been having this issue since day 1 and I took it to one dealer per tech it's normal. Took it another dealer and they asked me leave the car for a day which I couldn't do it. Next week I may try to leave it there. I am not satisfied with that metal rubbing noise at gear shift area and sometimes shifting to 3rd which is annoying. Now I am shifting to neutral, pause, shift to 2nd - no noise at all kind of shifting from 2nd to 3rd. I want make sure whether this terrible noise is from user error or transmission.

Should put all added weight on passenger side as drivers side of car is already the heavier side. Just FYI

money matters...well yes. But from coming from a 2 year ownership of a '17 AT brz...the '18 Ts feels pretty close but with much better acceleration and brakes. It seems like it'd be more fun for me, but I keep thinking of all the time I spend in traffic vs how long my clutch might last in those conditions...LOL.
