Alright, so it sounds like you need a car quickly? In that case, you gotta do what you gotta do to get something in budget. Both offer the same driving experience. If you had time I would say stick with getting the Subaru with what you want. Other options for you include widening your search radius, waiting for something just right to show up, or waiting to increase your budget if you can. Prices are very regional so keep that in mind, but you might want to start your own thread here in the Subaru section: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=23 That's going to get the most attention and best answers as to how you can swing the Subaru option. Be more specific on time frame in that one (in case you have another ride) which will affect the advice you get. |

Gear lever issue
Hi Guys. The gear lever on my 86 has a lot of side to side movement when in gear. What do I need to do to resolve this?

Hey guys, so I drive a 2019 Toyota 86. I’m planning on going E85 soon. Do I need any supporting mods to run E85? I know on some vehicles you need to upgrade injectors or fuel pump. I want to run e85 & not worry about the engine being harmed. Also if you guys can recommend a good tuner, I’d appreciate it

Can anyone help me ID this exhaust and let me know if they've owned it or if they did/didn't like anything about it? Looking to pick it up used, can't find the brand online. Also is it axle back or cat back, confused on the difference

Hello peoples. Just joined and currently shopping for an 86. Been digging through this forum for a day and using my Google-fu, but not finding this...
I'm looking at two different 2017s. One has a GT badge on the rear trunk panel and TRD on the drivers side front fender panel above the round 86 logo. The other 2017 doesn't have either of these badges. Do they indicate anything as far as options the car may have? Both seem to be base models with the basic AC, no push button start, etc. I'm thinking the previous owner on one may have added these, but not sure. |

Thanks for the confirmation. Seems like the previous owner might have been a bit of an enthusiast anyway. Not sure if that a positive or negative
