At this point in time I would guess that any 13s either didn't have the issues in the TSBs or the work has been done already.

Cool, thanks again. I looked through the TSBs and it looks like 9 could apply but like you said most of them have probably already been fixed and most are minor issues anyway.

Since the TSBs are done under warranty Toyota should have a record of any that were completed upon a particular car.
