I had an Atomic (jalapeno) Burger at the Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls, NY... but I hike the gorge like 12mi so that makes it OK...

I found out the hard way there was an easier way to do this... Apparently there are boat and helicopter tours as well.

Although the boat tour is more of a get wet ride.

I know, haha! Niagara Falls Canada is like Atlantic City with a river instead of the boardwalk. I have been there twice already this is actually my first time on the U.S. side, lol. It's just a quiet little state park.

Not really lunch but oh well:

Made a ribeye steak for the first time. Personally I thought it came out great, and is the best steak I've ever made:

How in the heck do you "make" a steak. I thought an animal "made" a steak.

You just "cooked" the steak (barely I see).

Pay me no nevermind, I'm just jealous, looks much better that the beyond expired date, greenish, overcooked, roast beef sandwich I made for supper -

Don’t get all pedantic on me hum! It’s supposed to be medium rare but I think mine winded up being a bit more cooked than that.

I’m not a cooking expert. I just try new things and hope for the best. In this case t tasted delicious. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First off, spike021, don't be use-en them fancy words on me.

Second off, that "cooked" steak looks medium-raw to me.

However, I can appreciate the seasoning you used and for you trying new things -
