I would suspect not until nearer to the production runs shipping date.
I have seen a 2019 Canadian Raiu Edition WRX. It looks better in person than in the photos.

The Raiu Edition WRX w/ the STi catalogue parts and BRZ Series.Gray both look awesome. Definitely would've gone for the BRZ Series.Gray with PP if I didn't own the RS2.0 already.

Why does Canada always get really cool and relevant Japanese names for their special editions, and the US gets the dumb and mildly cryptic "series.color"?

If the tS had been named after its cherry blossom red accents, it would totally have been Subaru BRZ Sakura edition in Canada, and Subaru BRZ series.red in the US. Sigh.

Yes we've had the BRZ Aozora, Hikari and Inazuma models. When I first saw the tS designation I thought they were going to call the car tSunami as in; the arrival or occurrence of something overwhelming. (They didn't and it isn't)

Nah.... There were only 75 (was supposed to be 100) tS models brought into Canada. (Or so I've been told.) We won't see The "Grays" here until Feb.-March of next year. That's a good 6 months away and there will be new rumors of greater things to come by then. hehe

Well, 50th, it was fun while it lasted.

Edit: To add to the discussion, what is Grand Luxe material? Quick searches online aren't yielding too much for me, but I'm assuming it's not quite the red/black motif materials used in last year's STi Sport?
