If there's anyone up north bay I'm considering doing cars and coffee on sunday at Coddingtown in Santa Rosa and then hitting Stewarts Point-Skaggs Spring Rd out to 101, down the PCH, and back through the Russian River Valley. I have to be back in time for kickoff at 1:25, though haha. I've never done Skaggs Spring but I've heard it's great, and the PCH is always a blast.

I've riden Stewarts Point-Skaggs Spring Rd a few years back on my SV650. Great road and beautiful scenery, but a bit bumpy and pretty worn out in some places from what I recall (my butt was glad to see the ocean and smooth pavement of hwy lol)

The half of skaggs close to the coast had a majority of its potholes fixed recently so it's pretty good now. Very little traffic even on weekend mornings. My car is in the shop but if I get it back before Sunday then I'm interested.

Cool, I might go scout Stewarts-Skaggs out tomorrow, I want to go hike that new Jenner headlands preserve anyways. I'm used to hitting pretty bumpy roads (I've got the OEM mudguards and I'm not lowered for a reason lol), but if it's too rough we can reconsider and try a different route. PM me if you're interested and I'll give you my number, otherwise just find my Grey BRZ at C&C and we can go from there.

So Stewart-Skaggs is pretty nice actually. From Annapolis road west it's bumpy with the occasional avoidable pothole, 1 lane road kind of deal but it descends down through a redwood grove and is really quite pretty despite not being able to go very fast due to the rough road. East of Annapolis road it's all fresh road, fresh paint. The only issue is that for several miles east of Annapolis road, the road just got sealed or re-paved or whatever and there's bits of loose gravel on the roadway. Not great if you're trying to avoid rockchips so I went slowly through that section. Once the rains wash that gravel away it's going to be a fantastic drive. So depending on what we want to do we can turn around where the gravel begins or just head on through and slow it down. The PCH between Stewarts point and Jenner is pretty great so it might be worth powering through, I was with a little Fiat 500 Abarth for most of the way up it today and had a blast.

Cars and Coffee looks like it's 8-10 am. I'll probably be there by 8 and then leave at 9 or so. There were hardly any cars on Stewart-Skaggs and you have to get out really early to not get stuck behind anyone on the PCH so time isn't too important.

C&C + Stewart Skaggs sounds fun, unfortunatley for me I need to be back in South Bay around noon. I am itching to go for a drive so I think I'll be heading out to 9/35/84/etc likely with a stop for breakfast at Alices. If anyone wants to join let me know
