Why is it jerking when shift change from 1st to 2nd and bit on 3rd after that smooth?

Lower and shorter gears have less margin for error. Just keep practicing.

It'll happen, but it's just going to take time and practice. I'm about 18 months into driving manual and I still occasionally get jerking during that gear change/shift. It just happens. But over time you're going to learn how to transition much more smoothly. So, just be patient.
