got involved in a pile up on Friday while leaving town for the weekend.... i dont know what the fate of my car is but it seems totaled...

Hello guys, I'm back from the lake. Spent 3 days weed wacking and raking. These guys were out each day watching and waiting. Did I miss much?

My old Yamaha is dead again. I'm really sick of dealing with the old 2-stroke and thinking engine swap time. I'm thinking something cheap and simple like a Duromax 16hp 4-stroke. I could get one with electric start and charging system for like $350. The old Yamaha is like $899 just for a rebuild kit. I'll lose reverse, but oh well.

Wasn't a pleasure trip.

Cal fire sent everyone letters to clean up our properties and have the "defensible space" around buildings. Stupidest shit ever. The wild fire this summer burnt 17k acres. Back fires were lit right at town. There is no forest around town to burn?! The town now has 17k acres of "defensible space".

Battery has been dead since last summer. With the dirt roads up there the engine looks like that after 2 seconds.

The original engine ran great until the crank seals went. I have that engine here in San Jose. This motor I got off eBay and never did run well. What to do. Sure sucks not having the cart running.
