LOL It's like when people ask me how I stay (semi) thin when I eat so much and hardly excercise... I don't eat sugar. (Except what's naturally in food like fruit but not cookies, candy, soda etc..) Magical fucking diet, ha.

Haha I do have dessert sometimes when I eat at like a really fancy restaurant. That's like once a month, maybe. I don't drink soda at all. We don't buy sweets at home. And honestly the last few months I haven't even been eating desserts when I do go out to eat even if it is a fancy place. I'm down to 175 from 200 and that's all I did really was stop eating sugar. I did cut down a bit on the red meat, but I still love a good burger or steak once in a while.

The great thing about giving up sugar is that is that you don't even crave it after a while, and anything with added sweeteners eventually just becomes unpalatable.
