Technically to install them in that exact location... Yes, because the headlights had to come out. But I have it tore apart for an engine swap, so that's REALLY why the front end is missing.

Install was pretty easy. Very satisfied with them so far. Hopefully the sun and a little wax doesn't destroy them

I quit 5 years ago. I used to smoke continuously. Couldn't drive without a cigarette burning. It was time to get a new car and the FR-S just came out. I had to have one. But there's no reason to buy a new car if you're going to smoke in it. Smoking in a car is the best way to destroy the interior. You would stick to anything you touched in my old GTI.
So, I figured, I'm spending over $300 a month on cigarettes only to destroy my car and my health. That would be my monthly payment on my new FR-S.
So I quit smoking and bought the FR-S.
And I just made the last payment yesterday.
And I feel great and the car still looks great.

I started to install a set of TRD springs today. Ran into some issues with some rusty end link bolts and only got the front springs on before I ran out of time. So my car has a goofy, hotrod-esque rake for the next few days. I don't mind it.

Installed blue sideview mirrors. One thing I noticed is that the OEM ones had some resistance attached to them (prehaps to prevent fog) whereas the blue ones don't. Other than that I think they really look great with the car and offer a wider view.

If I start smoking and then quit, I will feel better about the money I pay for car stuff. I like that idea!

Probably my single most favorite kit for the FRS/ GT86. I had one temporarily on my raven FR-S when I still had it.

It's a great looking kit for sure. Although the huge wing that the kit comes with is interesting, instead I've got a TRD boot lip coming in.

I had a HT Auto Bottomline kit, but it just looked a little tacky.

I actually had a replica of the giant wing. I loved it. What I didn't enjoy was the obnoxious amount of attention it brought. But I should have expected that
