Wash, clay, polished in a few areas (it didn't seem to do much), waxed, interior cleaned.

This week she goes in for a long-overdue dry-dock session: replace the right rear quarterpanel (damaged it on a curb in a parking structure months ago), tidy up bottom of door, and (finally!) replace my cracked front bumper cover. She's gonna look so sharp

Ordered my first (and hopefully only!) set of new wheels. Expecting delivery in the next few weeks.

Installed JDM OEM clear side markers and Diode Dynamics amber LED lights. Install was fairly straightforward, but it doesn't feel like either housing really clicked back into place like I thought they would. The original OEM ones were in very securely, and these new ones don't really give me that same confidence. Have to bring the car to the dealership service department Tuesday morning (torn CV boot on on the right rear wheel), so maybe I'll have them take a look to see if they can get them in a little better.

Slapped on a Sprintex Stage 2 SPS about a month ago, along with a Racer X oil catch can, Racer X master cylinder brace, and Carbing strut bar to replace the AEM strut bar since it didn't clear the SC.

Did some Oem+ tricks with the dei tape on the air box. Also swapped in a K&N drop in, car feels strong

It doesn't hurt that's for sure. Main thing is just always keeping iat's low as possible.. especially beating it for 10-15 mins on a circuit hard. I've done bottom of intake runners on my Boss 302 Manifold for my coyote as well. I will do the Boxer intake when I have more time. You won't feel it in the but dyno by any means.

For the stock Ft86 air box though I would say 15-20 degrees cooler if I had to bet. I didn't do this but if you wanted to test a base test before vs after. Drive around to heat the air box up. Detach the air box lid and temp gun the inside for reference. Gold tape the outside and do the same test, pull the lid off and temp the inside again. Not a bad price for the rolls for a quality product. Many people have used this stuff on all kinds of apps. I'm removing exhaust shields on my Fiesta for ex and using big sheets of dei for the floor boards in certain areas. Drop weight and still a little something to take some of the heat away.

Be careful not to scratch the paint around the bumper cutout for the side markers. Paint is really thin in those areas!

I usually buy the 30 Foot roll and usually get two projects done with it. 15 feet should be more then enough for the air box

Over the weekend:

30,000KM Oil change with Motul 8100 0W20
Fumoto Quick-Drain Valve
Transmission Oil change with Motul Gear 300 75W90
Differential Oil change with Motul Gear 300 75W90
Grimmspeed hood struts

I can confirm that there is no need to replace the transmission gaskets. They are completely flat and do not crush at all. I would have felt fine reusing them... but replaced them because I'm still in my warranty window. Diff gaskets are definitely crush washers, and were replaced.

I was also going to install the OEM Style oil cooler but the included gasket was faulty. It looked fine before going in, but when I started to tighten down the new filter union stem something felt off so I took it off to check and found this...

It basically "fractured". I was not able to tear these pieces further apart by hand so I'm assuming there was some defect in manufacturing. Weird, but I have ordered a new one.

Sunny days make metallic paint look ridiculously good. I love summer.

Wow that looks great!

Do like the wheel+tire choice - what tires are they and sizes?
