I do imagine the car I have + mods... BUT half way done, I change my mind or have better options comes up.

Example, I changed my stock wheels w 17x8 (235/40) summer wheel set and changed em to 18x8 (225/40) summer wheel set... now I kinda go back to 17x8 (w 225/45 instead). 18's are great for the look and all... but comfort and driving control 17's are better.

Chalk it up to a learning experience. As long as it didn't cost as much as a semester of college you actually made out pretty good. Information costs money. At least that's the way I look at it.

My problem is that I spend too much time trying to figure out what I really want and how to get there in advance. Which costs time, which is the same as money. Well with the exception that you only have so much time and can't really do much to make more... Your way is probably better lol.

Haha that's an interesting way of looking at it. I haven't been to college in a while, so not sure how much it cost per semester now. At but wheel mods are bout 2yrs rotation, so I'm assuming it's not as bad as I think.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a problem. Either way can be fun.

I feel your pain, wheels are expensive plus if you upgrade from 17 to 18 is a deep hole in the pocket

Buy a cheap car like, say, a BRZ so you just can't justify doubling what you have into it so you cut short at 50% more in mods... oh, maybe another thousand or two for another set of light wheels, and a clutch type diff would sure be nice... And...

F***!

Here is what I used to do (back when I had extra money). I'd put the item I thought I wanted on a "aging list". Let it age for about 10 days. Allow ONLY one item on the list at a time. If, at the end of the 10 days, that item hadn't been replaced … buy it.

Welp, not much happening on ye ol forum today …

Since the temps got up into the mid 80's today and it was sunny, the humfrz pool and spa was busy.

Three scantly clad girls running around, jumping into the pool (to see how much water they could splash out) one young girl who insisted on playing in her hot tub ….. diaperless ..

So, after they all went home, I went up to the Taco Bus to get some Mexican carry out. DAMN, that girl that works up there is pretty. She looks a lot like the girl in this picture … she really does ..

Toy I had growing up that I completely forgot about until running a GIS for the digital dash of a Nissan NX2000.
