I know someone had already posted that their car was tinted already-- but quick question any places in van/burnaby where I can get my car tinted well? Plus a good price? A couple of my friends had suggested N-Motion, but still want some opinions around this.

That is correct. That beast has an LS7 motor in it. That guy was running in the 42's and I was in the 50's. I talked to the owner at lunch time and felt a little bad about my own times compared to his.

Then I realized he has a 7.0L engine and weighs less then my FR-S. I then told the guy "hmmm.... I don't feel so bad now. You've got at least 3.5 motors more then I do".

There was also a 240Z but it had an LS3 V8 stuffed into it.

I'm going autocrossing again this weekend. If you guys are interested, I'll put some more videos up.

Ben

McLaren used the Ultima GT-R for some early testing of drivetrain components when they were developing the F1. It was the closest available vehicle to what they were planning on doing with the F1.

So I wouldn't feel too bad at all.

More vids will be welcome!

A little off topic but...

Sorry to cross post. But I've been having a hard time making phone calls on my standard head unit. Sometimes I can see the phonebook after pressing call, other times, I can't!

See this thread below if you guys have any tips or can help me.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming!

EDIT: I found the answer to my phone troubles. It's REALLY stupid actually.

I just got mine, drives like a charm on the Malahat! Now to figure out all the sound system etc, and the paddles!! The wait was worth it. BTW there is an orange automatic in Nanaimo Toytoa that someone didn't want. Might be worth a call.

Not sure exactly. But why just replace the tips? Replacing the entire exhaust south of the CAT is allowed in Stock SCCA class and you get major weight savings. That's what I'm planning to do eventually anyway.

Did you ever deside if your coming to the Corvette Club Autocross this weekend? I should be there with my Dunlops on.
