Hello all. Proud new owner of a 2013 FR-S. 56K miles, MT, Asphalt. Haven't driven manual in a few years, drove it home to Harrisburg PA from NYC last night. NYC traffic was a trial by fire for my rusty manual skills lol.
Only issue the car has is tail light condensation and I've ordered the Ninja Gaskets in hopes that they will solve that issue going forward. Last edited by qcbaker; 06-07-2018 at 09:44 AM. |

I'll go for a Toyota 86 manual transmission (base model) in a silver or dark gray color like the asphalt color they have for it. As for plans, I won't be able to modify it until I get an actual engineering job after my Masters degree because I would have already spent everything on the car and tuition so the HELLABROKE sticker I saw one time would be fitting haha. Gonna keep it stock for awhile, first thing that comes to mind would be an exhaust and air intake along with better tires and lighter wheels. Maybe a turbo one day but the 86 would double as my daily driver so I don't want to kill my mileage. That being said this would be my first foray into being an actual car guy that works on their car. The only thing I know how to do is change oil/wipers/tires. Quote:

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I had my 2015 Scion FRS for almost 2 years, bought it used for an incredible price and loved every minute of driving the car. I bought a couple of things for the car finally, got Ambit FF3 wheels coming in next week, tein street basis Z coils, and camber bolts. This will be a slow but surely my money pit. Thanks guys and gals.

Hi everyone! New driver of a 2018 GT86 Pure Red AT from the Philippines. I love this car so much and it’s an honor to be a part of this community. It’s my daily most of the time.

Hello to all!
Hi all, got my 2015 FR-S just over 2 weeks ago. Ultramarine (or blue for a less pretentious name) and an air diffuser. I love driving it and find myself thinking of places to go. It currently has some Atlas all weathers, so I'm waiting for some Michellin PS 4s to come in (tomorrow or the next day). It reminds me of driving my 280z.

Hello Aqualynx, Congrats on the purchase. By the way, I have my 86 coming in this late June or early July. If I may ask, does the infotainment contain a navigation system already or do you need to get a sort of card for it? Oh, and I'm from the Philippines also. Have a nice day. Best Regards. |

Congrats too! To be honest, I still haven’t yet explored the car’s features enough especially the infotainment aside from using Spotify, but there’s navigation, just haven’t tried it yet. Here’s a pic. ![]() When you got a car like this, you tend to forget all the features and just drive, it’s that good. They should put a self-control feature as I can’t help but to just drive it, but I will get my time to dive into the features very soon. Congrats again fellow Filipino driver!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hello Aqualynx, Thank you for your response. Can't wait for the arrival. Hehe, I guess we just need to explore the features ourselves (but driving the car would be the first priority. haha!) Ingat pre. ![]() Regards from the Philippines (Residing in Marikina) |

Brand new BRZ in UT
Hi all, been stalking these cars for too long, and found a brand new brz w/performance pack. Just breaking it in, but its getting better rubber, RCE tarmac springs, and the SPC alignment bits.
Car feels great. I've owned some sports cars and road raced a few different rear wheel drive chassis out there. I'd say this is a proper sports car that wants to be driven! I rather like the lack of brute power because you have to use the right foot to be planted. https://photos.app.goo.gl/YXv64uuWNeYQEML58 |

New FR-S owner from Arkansas
I've been lurking on this forum for months and finally pulled the trigger on a 2015 FR-S in Firestorm red with 30k miles on the clock. My only regret is that I didn't get one years ago.
Her name is Fiona. I have a long highway commute, so we'll get plenty of time to get to know one another. |
