I get that moisture a little when I wash the car. mostly on the rear edge.
not the streak down the middle though.
I don't drive it much in the rain, but I'm sure it would be they same as well.
I think cleaning and treating the seals would help.

Add me to the scratched glass club. I'm the person from the TSB about this. Windows would get frozen shut and go in to the failure mode when the door was opened. You know this is happening because the window switch will flash and you have to reset the thing before it will roll up or down again.
