you guys think things like Zillow and Realtor.com pricing is anywhere near accurate for their price estimates?

I currently rent my house and I'm making a little money. not much and with taxes going up due to value every year.

but here's the thing. My tenant's lease is up in October. She mentioned when she was applying for the place that she's rather buy it and if she did she's save a couple hundred a month or break even owning it. But even if she didn't and I was able to sell it for $5K less than what those sites estimate the value at I'd make enough to pay off all of my debt and have a nice bit left over to invest or save for something later.

I had found them to be pretty accurate when I was looking for a house. Interestingly, I think it's less of a predictive model than a causal model. Because the Zillow estimate is generally accepted as accurate, that's about what people will wind up paying. Which causes it to be accurate, which more people use as a guide...

Sometimes. Actual conditions, appeal, market, and buyer can change that.

Our last house sold well under estimate because cheap McMansion wanting city rednecks... Too small.

Gawd if I can sell this and get paid like I'm thinking.... just damn. I don't know what I'd do with myself... besides hookers and blow of course.

I mean, my iPass (ezpass) is basically a digital-ish (electronic) vehicle identifier.

It would necessarily be connected for navigation. You can already turn off things like brake assist, power steering, and/or engines through some cars' infotainment systems.

Still can be isolated. Not to say someone couldn't screw up maps to say the road takes a hard left...

I'm still in favor of taking away most driving priveleges. People are stupid and dangerous in cars.

Well it matches the updates I am receiving. They are not even communicating through Facebook but actual one on one texts which then get's sent to me. I feel like I am in the room with you. Sort of creepy actually.
