OK, pcguru2000, I took your advice and raced up to Walmart.

You should have seen those old coots, pushing their walkers, scatter, when I drifted into the parking lot ......

does everybody hate on the sbd500x because its apparently a rip off of the greddy or whatever or does it have actual issues, im so torn between turbo or sc. I keep telling myself im gonna want 500+ hp so i should just turbo but deep down i know ill stop at 300 so sc is better, sheesh twin problems lol

Having the plate off-center would mess with the aerodynamics and cause different drag left-to-right and cause the car to go in a circle?

Thinking laterally about this important topic, why don't plates come perforated?

Car doesn't go in a circle as long as you have your alignment done to offset it. The drag from the off-center plate makes it pull right so you need a little toe out on the left front wheel, and a matching amount of toe in on the right, so they both point to the left a bit.

I thought of that but to get the alignment right you'd need to do a dynamic alignment that varies with air speed.

Ultimate idea is an holographic plate projected. Top that if you can smarty!

Thanks.
Upon further research It turns out that part# is for the 13-16 cars, and not the 17+. The photo shows the 17 grill, which is misleading.

Today was nice and sunny so I put on the rims I bought a little while back ago.

Rims are replica Audi, 5X100, 17X7.5 Inch, +35MM Offset, riding on 225/45/R17 tires.

Thoughts?/validations?/Offers to buy them right from me because they are so sweeetttt... Lol

Gotta do the drift into the handicap parking spot!

Were the younger ones asking you to make the car bounce? I was in a Christmas parade in a pace car and the younger folks would yell that request out. Somehow, they thought the pacecar should have 16 switches and big sub-woofers.

Nah, after the younger ones saw me hit that speed bump at 50 MPH, they all scattered ….that's all the bouncing they wanted to see out of my car …...
