My dad works for Toyota so I might be a little biased. A lady I work with has a brother that works for Chevy, and she's also biased. Her main reason for buying a Chevy is because her brother will fix it for free if it needs any repairs. I tried explaining that while that makes sense, it will likely need more repairs than the Toyota. She wouldn't listen.

Yep. I think you and I had that very conversation while Ultra was lovingly caressing it and examining each individual bolt in detail.

I've owned multiples of both Chevy and Toyota, and in my experience, that is not the case. Non-maintenance repairs seem to run about the same.
