Thanks! I was able to drive it for the first time two days ago and im definitely in love. The garage definitely isnt a shabby place to work on the car. Better to work on this than an old Fiat spider 2000 we had a couple years back that broke down weekly haha.

Got a quote for a deep door ding on my passenger fender.
~$700 Going to shop around and contemplate if its even worth fixing but its a damn eyesore because the ding is right on the fender line |

Beauty, a fine example. Iv'e said this before and got screamed at for it but I will say it again.. A low km rs1 that looks this good in 10-15 years will be worth double what it cost new.

No. Just tried it with an unpainted bumper. Everyone considering vinyl, be advised: it only sticks well to paint/clear coat. I'm afraid you have to spend the money or live with it. I got my ding touched up. Looks like shit but at least it's orange and not silver now

I just park backwards. I don't take a chance. I have a windshield cam mounted which records everything while parked.

Hey been a while cause had some shipping issues and slow process getting my spoiler to Toronto from LA well it was lost here. Annnoying cause Im dual citizen and go thru this a lot..
I will provide the link where I purchased because for anyone who wants a subtle T-Wing I I found the only ebay seller that has free shipping. https://m.ebay.ca/itm/UNPAINTED-12-1...painted+s.TRS0 These folks are great and really helped me out. Tip & Question: Have read ppl having trouble with the trunk going into valet mode after a pop or w e in the trunk hitting the button. When I bought my FRS the owner from Quebec had those pully straps that hang in the trunk over the back of the seat, slide thru into the cab of the car - they reach so I've always been able to get in. I have the seized trunck manual lock and had gotten myself in valet mode before. Anyway hope that helps anyone who isnt aware of that. Question I had a while is paddle shifting correctly Im on off ramps getting a lot of stink and am not even pushing the car so if anyone has any info. Maybe its just my car I dunno... Rims are great and the 4S tires are splendid. Only thing I went woth 40 offset to be flush. Well the front is flush anyway lol One day I'd go with 35's. --- Tint First too.. Now about 9 mnths later, sprayed Face, Plate Tow Jack Mounted Wider Wheels... Pilot 4S Tires on sale - 2.10$ more than Super Sports at Canadian Tire for those in the country Extra Purchases made and still to install - Black Badges, Extended Shifters, Wing - just a TRD no wing, wing Last edited by GogglesPaesano; 07-27-2018 at 05:33 AM. I took my first road trip in the car this weekend. 900km round trip to toronto and back.
The car was fantastic, surprisingly comfortable even after being in the car for nearly four hours non-stop. I did the math on fill up. 540km on 37.5 liters. Converted to about 34mpg. Wash and detail once I got home. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
