Sure its not the same as the carsmo, but it does the job for very little $$$. Not the same guy I ordered mine from either but it looks the same and is a few bucks more. It matches the interior nicely.

I purchased the same armrest a few years ago. It's a bit too narrow and after having it for 2 months it moved from side to side due to the fact that only one of the elastic bands can go under the cup holder. The bands started to lose their elasticity and become stretched. I contacted the eBay vendor and he issued me a refund.
It's cheap because it's cheaply made. I would stay clear of this armrest.

It’s less than $20! It cushions my elbow. I’m okay with it.

Apparently the cost of production for the Carsmo armrests was too high, that's why they stopped making them. Too bad, really.

I was okay with it for a few weeks until the elastic bands started to stretch. I used velcro strips on the sides to keep it in place. It's, and you can tell by your picture, too narrow for the opening. Report back in ~2 months and let us know if you still like it.

LOL! I bought it last october....its perfectly fine to me. Yes, it fits into the opening, but I see that as a good thing. It holds the cushion in place in case I put too much pressure on it from leaning on it. The strap is just fine too...and in case it does go, it has a second one to use by swapping ends. I've even slid it back a little and left one cup holder open to use as needed. What i was also thinking of doing is making a hard foam form of the cup holder and just using this one to cover it. should be same as the carsmo but with a nice alcantara stripe.well someday anyway...

A customer of ours brought in one of these armrest for leather repair. His dog decided it was a chew toy. Haha!. So we fixed it and re wrapped it for him. Looks brand new again.

He also told us that his armrest was rare and discontinued and ask us if we can re-make it for the toyobaru community. Is there a lot if interest for this?

We are a leather and upholstery shop with manufacturing capabilities for such product.

We tried contacting carsmo via email expressing our interest to help bring it back to the community, but no response from carsmo. We believe they are out of business already. No other form of contact numbers listed.

Again we are here to gauge interest from the community. Estimated cost would not be greater than $120. Let us know what you think.
