I'm no lawyer, but other than the car, what are his damages for this lawsuit?

I don't think "she was on her phone, so I want a STI" would get you anywhere.

Not supporting the other driver's argument. I'm speaking from my own experience. I've removed perfectly good tint from two of my previous cars because I was well aware of, and annoyed by the need to look extra hard for hazards. Not my cup of tea.

He have very minor scratches and whole body is sore from airbag deploying, other than that I don't think he have much issue. I think he's half joking... he took today off work to go chiropractor to get his neck checked, so I think he's just wasting time at home by watching the dash cam.

It is hot as balls. Might as well be black. Iono, its just that once or twice when I startled myself with "Oh shit! There's a car next to me!"

I think I've reached the point of no return on home tech. Last night our new Samsung range threw an error code and the manual basically said "push the start and stop button on the oven controls. If that doesn't resolve it, reboot" (OK, it said cut power to the unit for 30 seconds, but same thing).

Never had to cut the power to a range before to fix something, or for that matter have one that threw a code!

I think I'll replace it with a wood stove.

My parents have a washer and dryer, as well as an oven, that plays a little song when they finish doing things like finish a load of laundry, or finish pre-heating. It's weird.
