Looking for an OEM microphone - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I want the oem mic and cable if someone is removing theirs for an aftermarket headunit.

I am putting a Toyota oem Head unit in my 93 Mr2. I want to be able to use the oem mic since it is amplified and designed to work with this unit. Trying to go modern while staying oem. Matches the “modern” motor also swapped in for the old worn out one. I am able to find all the other plugs etc I need other than the mic and plug for it. So anyone doing a part out or swapping in an aftermarket unit I can use the mic you’ll be throwing away.

Absolutely! I am not so patiently waiting for the mailroom to open so I can get the box.

I love projects like this - one off, roll your own, learn / grow type projects where the result isn't something you can buy off the shelf, but gets you exactly what you want. I'm rooting for you man
