It wasn't in that pic, but it got totaled earlier this week when I went out in the morning to it and found this on it:

Yea, sounds like he's changing the quality of the pic (DPI) rather than the overall size. Most pictures actually look better when you reduce their size.

He's doing something wrong and it's a major disservice to do that to a photo of a Lotus.
