Have you tried emailing them to get on the wait list? I did that 2 events ago and ended up getting in. Might be more difficult because it's only 1 day.

Yep, I sent an email, but got no response so far. Really hope that I'll get a spot. I've spent too much on all the mods for this season and it'll be a shame to miss an event at that location.
