so im having a slight problem trying to get torque working, I plugged in my obd 2 bluetooth adapter into the obd 2 port, connected it to my tablet, when I open up torque and go into the settings and choose the adapter as my device it goes through some things on the top like its searching for things or settings im not sure, then after maybe a minute or 2 I get a notification saying that it cant read the ecu, i tried with the ignition on and on acc power the one just before it being on (2 clicks) does anybody have any insight or advice on how to get it working?

Is there a PID for injector duty cycles or fuel pump flow? You can see fuel pressure on Torque Pro, but that's about it

no , manufactures only have to supply basic set of monitoring and diagnostics . to get detailed diagnostics and monitoring your going to need specific ram addresses for each ecu calibration type. |

How did we get a PID for oil temp? It seems that is the only one that's been discovered.

Manufacturers do have theirown specific pids as well that theor not requored to publicy disclose . I think torqie can do some sort of pid scan but then you may need to work oit what it is, i suspect somone with inside knoledge found oil pid. Or thtey may have run a can buss scanner wgile using Techstream dealer software to obtain that info |

I updated to the OFT Stg 2+ E85 tune and now the oil temp PID doesn't work.
1) anyone else? 2) has anyone found how to scan for the new PID location? |

Strange problem measuring Vacuum/Boost
I had to re-enter the PIDs etc in my phone to check the vitals now that the car is back on the road. Previously a now busted tablet was configured for boost, AFR.
Anyway, for some reason the Vacuum gauge is showing something like -23 PSI at idle and at WOT it is rising up to maybe -11 PSI vacuum but never going into boost. I am 100% sure the car is actually boosting, based on the performance when I hit the throttle. In fact I am guessing my HKS is putting out ~ 9.5 PSI at 7000 RPM (though I stay below 5500 RPM almost 100% of the time). So, what's wrong with the way I have the gauge configured that it is always in vacuum? Any help is appreciated! Since the swing is approx 12 PSI perhaps if I knew the proper vacuum PSI at idle I can determine actual boost based on the difference from low to high.

Mine too, I’m on the v4 stg 2 OFT tune and the oil temp PID stopped working for me too. Haven’t bothered trying to fix it yet as I have a real oil temp gauge though.

Sometimes it works, it's odd and there's no rhyme or reason. When I listed this I was getting nothing then I messed with the PID and re-entered it and now it works sometimes. If it wasn't all in software, I'd check the wiring LOL

Was playing with settings today and I sort of have the boost gauge working now.
In OBD2 settings it is optional to measure boost from MAF, MAP or custom. My car was tuned using speed density tables if that matters. In MAF measured mode my peak is at least 12 PSI. In MAP measured mode peak shows barely 8 PSI. Which should I be reading for the purpose of the gauge? Why the big difference in reading? I have a big oversize intercooler and the bottom corner got crunched on a curb at some point. I don't think it's leaking but wouldn't it throw a CEL if it did?

Shot in the dark, anyone have VVT PID's?
Trying to diagnose some funny readings on my OFT, but the OFT doesn't distinguish between bank 1/2 on the Intake/Exhaust VVT readings and lumps them together somehow. |

Brake pressure or brake pedal position?
Has anyone gotten brake data in torque? Looks like aim solo can do it through the obd2 so I'm optimistic, but I haven't found much guidance on how to do it.
