Yep, I have found the same thing.

However, the temptation is, for just a little bit more money, you can get the full meal. But, I have found that I don't "need" the full meal. So, I can save a little bit of money and eat a bit lighter.

The trick is, when you are given the menu(s) DON'T read through them ...... just go to the back of the standard menu, in the 55+ section, ..... and pick one.....

Several things will be directed to you:

* AARP will bug the hell out of you

* every crematory within a 100 miles of you will want you to pre-pay to get burnt up

* you will discover that EVERYTHING causes cancer

* you will get on the list for every term life insurance company

* the hearing aid companies will find and pester you

* retirement living providers will swamp you with information

* the reverse mortgage providers will bug you almost as much as AARP

* ahhhhh, yes ....... medicare ...... good luck figuring that one out, when the time comes
