It sounds more or less like stock.

Long tube equal length headers have a very Honda sound (without vtec).

There is no difference for EL and UEL any longer
you're correct, however, my question is does this also apply to v3.02? Shiv sent me some v3.02 tune files today which supports 2017 AT (CALID K00D) while he's working on adding them to v4. I wonder if i should go with stage2 Plus of v3.02 instead.

stage 2 plus is for any car with aftermarket header

I went with the Top Speed EL header. Quality was top notch and less than $400. I had mine ceramic coated. Over 40,000 miles in it now and not a single issue.
