The nice thing about being incredibly indecisive about car modifications is that the money I was setting aside for mods became enough to pay off the car, so now that's done.

Lol that's the same thing that happened to me. The indecisiveness hasn't gone away though. Now the mod fund is paying for my wedding lol.

Passed my test. So much content on there that wasn't covered in any class, lots of stuff dealing with USA regulations, calculations in feet and miles instead of meters and kilometers, but, oh well.
I think I was lucky to get a passing grade on it. Now to get in touch with some clients I've worked with over the years and get some references so that I can get my certification completed. |

I can relate to this statement. I don't know if the test you took is similar to the CCNA exams at all, but after you hit submit there's a 45 second loading screen while it "calculates" your score. Longest 45 seconds I've ever experienced.

What really sucked is that I was doing the test on an older machine, and there was a 4 or 450 page PDF doc to go along as "reference" material (which hindered me more than helped) and it took 20-30 seconds to load a page (and it was in engineer speak, no help for a layman). Being that I had around a minute and a half to solve each question, I decided to only use it when I had absolutely no clue on a question. Worst part is that I can't really compare scores with coworkers, since it's turned into a pass/fail with "this is how you scored on "x" category", and shows what's basically a progress bar, without any numbers. But, I guess that goes back to "what do you call a med student that graduated at the bottom of their class? Doctor". So I'm not too upset about it. Ultimately, it doesn't matter if you pass by a percent, or get perfect. Passing is passing. |
