This 4k 3K bs is just pissing me off how the hell do I put that with my 255’s NT01

How about this set of springs to suit your fancy?

They are sold in a wide variety of ID, OD and lengths!
I think they MIGHT be stiff enough for you...
I don’t understand how people could think $4,000 is astronomically high for a suspension set up. I am friends with one of the only Öhlins certified technicians within 100 miles from where I live, and he himself runs Öhlins on his F4 chassis. He spent just under 8 times that amount on the suspension alone.

Wouldn’t it be nice? <3

Okey.... your point is..? good for him that he can spend 100K on suspension.
My point was y does this suspension cost 30-40% less for other chassis than ours and 3K springs are good for 300tw tire not for 150-200

You need to educate yourself.
Read the rest of this thread.
You can even swap the 6k/6k springs from the MI10 onto these dampers without re-valve if it pleases you.
Don’t be so damn obtuse. Quality costs money and obviously if you are paying a reasonable amount for suspension designed by a world-leading suspension company you are going to receive quality components, unlike the crap you’d receive from JRZ or Penske for that matter, with a much higher premium to pay.
My point is: don’t question the Swedish god dammit

I run the 6K/6K with dampers set at the softest click. Pretty firm ride for combined city/highway use. For sure a track focus for this version. Still an amazingly great car to control beyond its grip limits.
I'd love to track it but not keen on 130 mi round trip plus, and I have an STI that doesn't need as much maintenance for light track duty. Too bad, when I got the FR-S in '12 it was supposed to be for sometimes track use. Now it's just trackable.

It doesnt need a revalve. The MI20 and MP20 have the same valving/damping.

Thats from Chris Witter of Ohlins, who developed the MI20 at the ring.

1) well .. springs/spring rates , IIRC more preload suggested to go with them
2) camberplates/topmounts are not included in set, but orderable separately
3) latest incarnation MP21 is also TUV certified & has rubber spring seats

Well preload is whatever you set it to, but yes the PM20 springs are 230mm long instead of 200mm to facilitate the use of 30-35mm of preload without getting in to spring binding.
