Took the 86 to the skid pan for the first time, along with the wife. Wasn't sure which was scarier - my driving or hers.

Managed to spin out multiple times, nearly clipped some cones, but did not crash! 10/10 Will do again

Sudden snowstorm on way to work.
Heavy, wet, slippery snow falling at about 2 inches in half an hour.
Slightly over 30 mile trip on busy highway.
Cars crashing all around me.
Watched 3 gracefully slide off the side of the highway.
Passed 14 in ditch and 6 mashed against concrete barrier.
These people should know how to drive in the snow by now.

I did not crash. In fact I didn't even come close.

So I'm in the right lane that separates off to go to the airport, I need to get in the next lane to the left to go straight. Tons of traffic. Cool, NP, I put on my directional (I'm not a BMW driver after all) check my shoulder, all's clear and I go.... then some **** who does neither of these.... who's in the middle lane (not even the next lane- 2 lanes over) dives to make the airport exit and I was almost posting tonight about my horrific crash at 60 MPH instead of the...

I did not crash

thread.

Went to Costco this morning, had to buy disposable diapers ....got there early ...... but not early enough to beat all the old ladies pushing their oversized shopping carts, using them like battering rams .....

Found a parking spot where I didn't have to back up ...... so, I did not crash my FR-S .....

Decided to head over to the garage this evening after work and drive my FR-S for the first time in more than three months. Had to jump start her because the battery died sometime this past winter in the unheated garage. Then I had to add some air to the tires. Put in some gas additive and topped her off before putting 154 miles on her tonight through some mountain back roads. I was reminded that this is a great handling car with excellent feedback and feel, but terrible damping and laughable power. To wit, I lost an impromptu on-ramp drag race with a Sienna minivan while heading back home, but I did not crash.

If you lost to a Sienna then it is all on you not the car.

Drove to work this morning. Drove the car in real rain for the first time. My car didn't want to leave the nice warm garage, especially after showing her the picture of Tcoat's rust. She was scared. Finally got her going, and figured out how to use the wipers. I left early and drove about a bit to feel my new clutch setup just installed yesterday. After sliding around a couple wet corners I think she was starting to like the rain. Now I'm looking out my office window and she's jumping around in puddles.

Did not crash.
