Damn... I thought I’ve read the instruction, but I guess not. After finish putting new grout in the shower, it said before taking a shower, gotta wait 7 days. Well then. Good thing have another shower

Yeah, this was 2nd time I’ve done grout or any tile work, so I wanted to make sure I did it correctly.

Is it just me or older you get reads more instruction? I feel like when I was young, I just wing through a lot of things... but older I get I’ve been reading before do anything.

Took mrs humfrz out to the picture show tonight. We saw Death Wish with Bruce Willis.

I wasn't quite as good as the one starring Charles Bronson, but it was a pretty good movie.

The more I read the less I break. I bet you break a lot less shit now than you did when you were young.

Well, back in the day, things were simpler to do/put together. You had wood or metal, screws, bolts, nuts and washers and sometimes some glue. Assembly was pretty intuitive.

Now days, things are made of plastic and they are attached by plastic snaps .... which are not meant to be snapped more than once ...... or they break. So, since you only get one chance ...... best to do things in order....by reading the directions.

My first and last attempt to do tile work, was on a small piece of wall behind the range. Sounds easy enough ...... still have a few pieces of tile fallen down behind/under the range ...... I don't wanna talk about it anymore ...... however, that is the LAST time mrs humfrz will talk me into doing tile work ....

Yes, I have found that the older I get ...... the closer I read the directions .....

MomHawk and I took advantage of our MoviePass membership this weekend on a whim and saw it as well. We both enjoyed it.

Completely forgot about the Charles Bronson version (and series). I'll have to go back and watch it again, as I haven't seen that version since its original release.

At first I was going to point out that Florida is going that way as well. Then I realized that they didn't vote to not observe daylight savings time, they voted to always be in daylight savings time. Because Florida.

I'm actually the opposite. The older I get, the less I read directions. Now I only read them once (or not at all) rather than 3 times to memorize them. I think it comes from now having enough money to fix it if/when I screw up, and less time to mess with the directions.

Well, it's 8am, staring out my office window. I have nothing to do, and 8 more hours to do it. This is so depressing, I hope I can make it to retirement in 20 more months.
