I threw on Pilot Sport A/S 3+'s. And by "I" I mean "somebody else"

(I also gave away the stockies for the promise of beer)

So much for simple mods.
I'm sorry, but that is pretty funny.

Sounds like a good price on the stockies, I may have to find somewhere around here that will give me that for them when I swap mine out. Planning on having it done sometime in the next couple months.

Initially I was thinking maybe hold on to them or sell them for $25/pop given they were essentially new...my buddy suggested being artsy and making a creative endtable. Except literally I have nowhere to put an endtable, plus I am not sure how I would get them home (I really don't want to put dirty tires in my new car, and even if I wrap them up that's a recipe for an interior mess) so I defaulted to the next best thing: a commitment for beer.

But I can't complain...I really disliked the stock rubber and I am glad they are gone.

UEL headers, dual resonated front pipe, nvidia n1 exhaust, new tune. Cold start is loud af I need to turn it down a bit but honestly couldn't be happier. Loud when you want it and quite when you need it and doesn't sound ricey at all.

Today I replaced my oem battery with a Braille B2015 AGM battery, and a Ptuining battery mount kit. Saved me somewhere in the neighborhood of 15lbs.

Install wasn’t as straightforward as I would have liked though. Only because the radium catch can is a little too close to the battery to connect the negative terminal the normal way. Ended up having to mount the negative terminal sideways to clear it.

Unfortunately that created another issue. The grounding wire that comes off the negative wire, which normally attaches close to the strut tower, would no longer reach the standard mounting point. I ended up sandwiching the grounding wire between the two plates of the battery mount.
