Well I am here at SunTint trying to get my windows tinted.Got half the day off cause the stock market closes at 1.but then I ended up scratching the bottom of my front bumper trying to get into the parking lot.that really hurts.its not noticeable but it will still bug the crap out of me.well I talk toff $20hem into taaking $20 off of the $329 tint.I will let u guys know how it turns out.worda of advice you shouldaapproach the parking lot from east koeing heading toward burnet.and turn into the parking lot going sideways.head on is not good.

I guess it must be the week for this. On Sunday evening when I was pulling out of a CVS a little too quickly I scraped the left underside of my front bumper as well. I heard it hit the pavement and when I checked there was a nice absence of paint right where I hit. I was pretty pissed at myself for not being cautious when I knew the road wasn't level, but at least it can't be seen unless you get down on the ground to look under the car. It's a good thing too, I hear WRB is a PITA to try and paint match.

Saw a CBS limited BRZ on the north side of town. Nice to see one on the road!

Also heard from my guy at Subaru Austin. He's said they've received and delivered 4 of their allocation of 8. Unfortunately for me, no eta for mine ;-)

Roger, I went and I believe it was Linseal who was the other one there. I know he told me his name on here but I forgot. If you have never been to this even it is a good time. You can meet people in the area and there is a wide variety of cars. The event was very informal and was interesting talking to people with vastly different cars (porsche, vipers, bmw, skylines, mazdas, evo and subarus), but the same passion for cars.

I got an email from my guy at Austin Subaru yesterday too. He said no official word, but that it's looking like mine will come in July! Woot!

My order is for a Limited/Manual in Galaxy Blue Mica with home-link mirror. On on the fence about the rear diffuser ... Seems kinda pricey ... I haven't seen a picture of one without it, but Austin Subaru said they'd send me a picture of one without so I can decide.

Haven't got time to post much. Can't wait til we all can get together. please someone organize!

Just a testimonial to follow Linseal about the K&N high flow airfilter. It's awesome!

It was 103 the day I put in in and the AC blew COLD at 2nd dial level. I don't have any data to back it up (which personally I feel ashamed of myself ) but I think it improves the AC quite a bit. The stock filter always feels a bit lukewarm to me.

Made some stupid mistake at Lime Creek last week and scratched my car near the bottom too. Damn. Will post the whole warning story for yall when I can stop crying .
