welcome! enjoy the car stock for a while before you dive into all the tuning and stuff. There is so much you can do with this platform. It's good to figure out what you like and what you don't like before you start buying random parts and stuff.

I'm going to assume that with your record of American cars you're probably missing the speed and torque. If anything, I'd start off by looking into headers and tunes.

Aero kit? There are many brands of bodykits so you'd have to be more specific on that. Car-ID is a good place to start, if you want something more specific like a Rocket Bunny kit then I'd buy straight from the manufacturer to make sure you don't get sold replica parts.

BUT, I'm just going to put this out there. Having a body kit with stock wheels will look HORRIBLE. And more importantly, having a body kit with no performance mods will make your cars not only slower but make you the laughing stock of your local car meet.

Intake stuff is a good start. For your first mod i'd recommend replacing the factory airfilter with a K&N filter. 19 inch rims are good, thats what i currently have. Most people aim for 18s but its all personal preference. If you go 19s i would NOT recommend any tires bigger than 225/35. Thats the perfect size for those wheels. Anything bigger and you'll ruin the car.

None of those will really help performance. By down pipe I assume you mean midpipe?

Standard NA build path for straight engine performance:
Drop in filter
Optional: inlet tube
Tune
Header+tune
Header-back exhaust
E85/flex fuel?

You still don't own a JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) car.
What you have is a GCCIM (Gulf Cooperation Council Import Market) car.

Are you talking about the TRD kit that is available there? If so I understand that the dealers actually sell it for a pretty decent price.

and bigger wheels will likely be detrimental, break even at best. There was an article that compared lap times with different wheel setups (same car/track/day) and going from 17 to 18 increased acceleration time and lap time, I can only imagine going to a 19 would be even worse.

If you go the FI route I think most of this can be thrown out the window, but ride quality will go down, FI or not

Do NOT get 19" wheels. That is WAY too big of a diameter.
