You need photos with your FT86club name written (not photoshopped) and plainly visible, with the date. Also, I can vouch for the Perrin plate relocate; it's an awesome piece. I tested it through a touch car wash that has the ropey noodles (cringe, I know) and it was solid.

Tried with a written name. But it keeps telling me file is too large. Cant up load. I used phone camera, dont know what pthers used and no problem for me to see em. |
