Car feels loose

First thing I do after getting tires mounted is check the pressure. 9 times out of 10 they are way too high which is easy to fix right in their parking lot.

Actually this reminds me of a story about a friend. He had new tires mounted and right across the street is this fun road with a fun turn which no one ever drives on. He picked up his car and then headed right for this turn. He ended up looping his car into a curb. He blamed it on too much tire shine but thinking about it now I bet it was more to do with pressures.

But if there are no lugs won't the wheels fall off?

Oopps ...... I posted the wrong picture. Actually, some old tractor rear wheels were on a spline, so that the wheels could be adjusted for a specific row crop width.

Now, talk about a job ...... moving that heavy wheel along that spline .....

Ya it would take a big lug to move that.

Well maybe. He would have to take a 20 minute rest afterward though.
